Summary: An additively manufactured innovative propeller design was modeled by CFD to explore the propeller’s capabilities in minimizing propensity for vaporous cavitation thus presenting an opportunity for propeller design optimization leading to reduced noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), stealth, high operability, and lowered fuel costs.
