Synopsis of Presentation: Established a flexible “floating pipeline” by designing a fleet of Articulated Tug and Barge (ATB) units to transport liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the Gulf Coast throughout the Mississippi River system. By delivering fuel directly to inland power facilities, the system reduces reliance on fixed infrastructure and supports the transition to cleaner energy through lower carbon emissions. This approach integrates marine engineering and strategic fleet management to create a scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective energy delivery network.
