Title: Satellite-Based Rescue 21

Summary: This project assesses the viability of a low-earth orbiting (LEO) satellite-based augmentation to Rescue 21, a coastal tower-based communications system used for Arctic search and rescue. The team will prepare a payload for a prototype satellite to be launched within the year.
